RATIONS
Full Fat Soya remains a source of controlled and sustainable energy in these rations, while the grain component is in the form of oats and extruded maize. The oats are rolled for better absorption and, importantly, all maize is extruded. The process of extrusion of the maize is VITAL for the horse to reap the maximum benefits of this energy source. Extrusion allows for absorption mainly in the foregut, which has huge benefits and reduces the danger of acidosis possibly leading to colics, laminitis and azoturia. In addition to top quality ingredients, an international standard of vitamins and minerals is included in all of these rations.
A great “grain included” feed for those horses in medium to moderate work that need a bit of extra energy.

Recommended for all horses with a bigger bone structure (e.g. Clydesdale, Draft horse etc.) It has a lower concentration of molasses, thus suiting horses that are sugar intolerant. It also has a higher Calcium to Phosphorus ratio to keep bigger, denser bones healthy.
